So, I typically don't write reviews but I have to for this product. We are Disney passholders and try to go to the parks at least 3x a month. I saw one of the reviews that another passholder used it and it helped prevent blisters.Let me start off by saying when we go to the parks I wear my Natives as they have been the most comfortable on my feet for the long hours. I typically always use medical tape and individually tape my 2 smallest toes as within a few hours they are rubbing and even just last month I had a huge blister on 1 toe!! I liberally applied this product on my feet and the toes that usually give me trouble. As you can see my attached image, we did 19,000 steps in the park today, and not only do my feet/ toes feel great and not sore, but absolutely no rubbing occurred or blisters!!It may be pricey for a small tube, but for my 1st time using this and for the relief it provided me it is well worth the price!! I feel like this will last 20 or more applications based on how much you use each time. Don't hesitate to use this if you are on your feet walking long hours, it works!!!

This will be a staple in my home. I get blisters so easily. Takes me FOREVER to break in any new shoes no matter what type of shoe. I take walks five to seven miles each day. I've suffered from blisters on one toe for over 20 years. I've tried recommendations from two podiatrists but, until now, the best I could find was to use smooth, thin plasters on that toe and the one next to it. That didn't cure the problem but did reduce the size of the blisters. I saw the reviews of this Body Glide Foot balm so tried it. I've now been able to file down most of the hard skin from the old blisters and don't get any more as long as I use this.It's totally non-greasy so doesn't rub off on my socks and does lat all day.
