Location was perfect for walking everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was clean with a great bathtub and balcony overlooking the night market. Nothing bad to say except some might not like the noise during the night market. Otherwise it’s a quiet street.

The owner and her family was part of the reason this hotel is so successful. i never came into the lobby without being handed a cold bottle of water. Even at 1 am. Breakfast was beyond my expectations. fresh cooked eggs, Vietnamese banana pancakes, and great coffee and juices. helped with directions, tours, anything you needed. incredible....and conveniently close to all Hoi An had to offer. Minutes walking to the river and all the bars, restaurants and shops.

I had a lovely stay here in Hoi An. Huy and his mother were very nice and responsive to any questions. I had a beautiful room on the third floor with a small balcony overlooking a park. The location was just far enough away from the crowds that it was quiet. The pool was cold but refreshing on those hot days in Hoi An. Would highly recommend!

A great place to relax and sleep. The hotel is far from the city center, but that’s actually a plus — the center is very busy and noisy.
Breakfast is chosen from a relatively small menu, but it was absolutely excellent.

From the artisan shops to a more chilled vibe this little town was a cool destination to visit. Coconut forest basket boat ride and lanterns on the water and the night markets this town came alive at night

1. There were no vegetarian food options, even though we had clearly mentioned during checkin.
2. Also, most of the staff didnt know English, specially at the restaurant. We had a very hard time ordering food.
3. We have stayed at Anantara resort in Thailand and that one was amazing! But the one in Hoi An was rather disappointing. It was by no means a resort, it was smaller than a hotel
4. The pool is so small
5. There is no lift to go to 1st floor, so you have to take the stairs always
6. The kids room was the most disappointing. It was basically one of the rooms emptied out and a tiny jungle gym was put in there, and on the upper level it was kept open for kids to draw. There was a small TV with 2 games CDs and 2 game controllers for kids to play. The Anantara resort in Thailand had a kids play room which was bigger than 10 rooms put together
The good:
1. The boat cruise was decently good.
2. The spa was good and spa staff were helpful and pleasant

Hoi An is spectacular scenically especially at night when all the lanterns are turned on.
It’s the place to get clothes made within 24-48 hours and also shoes made.
It is hot but plenty of options for transportation especially Grab or electric golf buggy carts which are very cheap.
Lots of cheap options for food.
There are even sports bars if you don’t want to miss seeing your favourite team in action.
We stayed for 7 days. I Highly recommend.

The ancient city is absolutely amazing to the side vendors and by the way their food is off the charts. We came here to experience all of that, walking down side streets and coming across incredible local families and food. Our accommodation has five generations still living here in the property, we’ve watched them make the rice paper rolls from scratch and participated as well. The vibe here is unbelievable could not highly recommend HoiAn to fellow travellers a must.

The food is outstanding in Hoi An.
The food is outstanding in Hoi An. This is the highlight of my trip (as well as the cooking class we did - Cam Thanh Basket boat & cooking class tour). This is a beautiful town with lots to do. We spent 7 days exploring the city, relaxing by the pool at our hotel and by the beach. I highly recommend Hoi An as a town to visit.

Hoi An is clean, safe and very interesting. You can stroll, gawp, have clothes made, eat, drink, just people watch. The Ancient Town is huge and requires you to walk a fair way. You can get a pushbike or Rikshaw but no cars are allowed. It was hot but there are places to sit in the shade. Loved it. Spent 4 days here. This included 2 day trips to Ba Na Hills and Monkey Mountain/Marble Mountain and one day on An Bang Beach.

Absolutely outstanding. One of the best hotels and service we have received. Amazing value for money
Staff friendly and great.
Very clean and great breakfast
Location amazing between beach and old town. Easily walkable or use the hotels free bikes
Loads of outstanding restaurants within five minutes
Staff booked our bus to Nha Trang and also helped with everything.
BRILLIANT
Maybe the best hostel I ever stayed in Vietnam!
The food is really good, pool is refreshing, 5min walk to the "private" beach. Family was really helpful and the hostel is very clean, you can also make suit/dress from the hostel cheaper and more professional than in the old town!
You can rent the scooter (also in the best condition so far) and tours/transportation with them
This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in and it was fantastic value. Although it’s slightly out of town you could still walk in but they had shuttle buses into the old town and down to the beach. The pool was fabulous and overlooked the rice fields. The staff were all great but a special mention to Sarah on reception.
The best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam! The staff is really very nice and helpfull. Breakfast is great and also lunch or diner is recommended. Rooms are clean and modern. The shuttleservice to the beach and old town good organised. In this hotel you come with a smile and you go with a smile! 6* Hotel.
This is a great hotel just 1km outside of the Old Town. A grab taxi is only £1. This location allows you to see the rice fields on a bike and go to the beach as well just a short ride away. The hotel offers free bikes. I would recommend. Family run and very helpful. Nice pool.
