The Czech Republic (more specifically, Prague) was a place we had both visited separately before we returned together in 2017. Our trip to Czechia (as it is now called) included a long stay in Prague and a short stay in the fairytale town of Cesky Krumlov.

In Prague, we revisited the iconic sights - and then ventured further afield through lesser-visited neighborhoods and scenic viewpoints around the city. After long days of sightseeing, we rewarded ourselves by indulging in the local beer scene – drinking in local, classic pubs and sampling craft brews that are seeing a rise in popularity in the city. Our time in Cesky Krumlov was spent admiring the architecture in the town where time seems to have stood still for several centuries.
