It honestly took us too long to get to Lithuania - especially after absolutely loving Latvia and Estonia. At last, we traveled to the capital, Vilnius...and it didn't disappoint!
We spend a full month navigating the UNESCO heritage Old Town, trekking through the forests and feasting on the delicious local fare.
Our day trips to nearby Trakai and Kaunas only confirmed what we knew from the moment we set foot in the country: Lithuania is an underrated gem!
