Mauritius is a tiny island in the Indian Ocean that has white powder sand beaches, teal blue water and a lush interior. We spent two weeks in Flic en Flac – a town that is founded on fishing, but has seen a boost from tourism. We swam in the sea every day, with special trips to go snorkeling and swimming with dolphins. We ventured to the southern shores of the island on our own and hired a driver to take us inland to explore the islands natural beauty.
