Ukraine is often by-passed by travelers in favor of its neighbors, Romania, Hungary and Poland. As our travels have taken us deeper into this area of Europe, Ukraine was soon at the top of our list. However, is a huge country - in fact, it is the largest country entirely in Europe - and we have only seen one small corner of it: the city of Lviv. What we saw we loved and we are eager to return to experience more of the country one day.
