We had planned to spend a couple of weeks in Ireland as the last stop on our One-Year ‘Round the World journey, but as often is the case with our travel plans, it just didn’t work out that way. Instead, we shortened our time to only four days in Dublin – and then jetted off to England for our very first pet / housesitting experience.
With only a few days in Dublin, we stuck close to the city center – with only one quick day trip to the coastal village of Howth. The rest of the time, we did our sightseeing in Dublin on foot…and found our way into several local pubs (including The Brazen Head where there was a jamming Sunday Session).
